EBUG terms of service (interim)

These interim terms define baseline usage rules for the EBUG app and website pending publication of an expanded policy.

1. Acceptance

By using EBUG, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service purpose

EBUG provides a platform for organizing emergency backup goalie coverage between requesters and goalies in participating markets.

3. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and request information.
  • Do not misuse, scrape, disrupt, or abuse the platform.
  • Comply with rink rules, local law, and safety standards.

4. Availability and changes

Coverage may vary by state and market conditions. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time.

5. Liability limitations

EBUG is provided on an as-available basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service or goalie fulfillment for every request. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cereal Bar Apps disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential losses.
