EBUG end user license agreement (interim)

This interim EULA governs use of the EBUG mobile app until a full expanded agreement is published.

1. License grant

Cereal Bar Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use EBUG for personal or internal organizational use.

2. Ownership

EBUG is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with Cereal Bar Apps and its licensors.

3. Restrictions

  • Do not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app outside permitted use.
  • Do not use the app for unlawful activity or abuse of service participants.
  • Do not attempt to bypass service safeguards or account controls.

4. Updates and termination

App updates may be provided automatically or manually. This license terminates if you violate this agreement, after which app use must stop.

5. Warranty disclaimer and liability cap

The app is provided as available without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cereal Bar Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
