1. License grant
Cereal Bar Apps grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use EBUG for personal or internal organizational use.
2. Ownership
EBUG is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with Cereal Bar Apps and its licensors.
3. Restrictions
- Do not reverse engineer, reproduce, or redistribute the app outside permitted use.
- Do not use EBUG for unlawful activity or participant abuse.
- Do not attempt to bypass service safeguards or access controls.
4. Updates and termination
App updates may be delivered automatically or manually. This license terminates if these terms are violated, after which app use must cease.
5. Warranty disclaimer and liability cap
The app is provided as available without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cereal Bar Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
