EBUG privacy policy (interim)

This interim policy explains the baseline data practices for EBUG while long-form policy language is being finalized.

Account data such as email address and profile settings.
Request data such as rink, timing, and status events.
Device and app telemetry used for reliability and fraud prevention.

3. Why we process data

To deliver goalie request and response functionality.
To communicate request confirmations and support updates.
To improve product quality, performance, and abuse detection.

4. Sharing and retention

We may share limited operational data with service providers supporting hosting, analytics, and communications. We retain data for service delivery and legal compliance, then delete or de-identify where appropriate.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Submit requests by email and we will respond according to applicable law.

6. Policy updates

We may update this policy as EBUG evolves. Material updates are published on this page with a revised effective date.
